About the Role:
McColley's Irish Pub in Spencerport, NY is looking for talented and passionate Line Cooks to join our kitchen crew! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in putting out great food, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items consistently according to recipes and plating standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift
- Work all line stations including grill, sauté, fry, and prep as needed
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control to minimize waste
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team during service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
